Growing up I was very involved in various ministries - children's choir, youth ministry, college-age groups, etc. But as an adult, faced with trials and troubles that come with living in a sinful world, I found my faith tested by fire. It hasn't been easy. But I know for certain that nothing will ever separate me from the love of my Father; nothing will ever convince me that salvation through Christ is not the way to live one's life; and I will never be persuaded to deny my Savior as the almighty Creator and founder of my faith (and my life). Do I question? Do I wonder why things happen the way they do; why my life has gone in one particular direction? Of course - but God allows me to do that - and He can take my curiosity, my anger, my fear and my sorrow just as He relishes in my happiness, my praise and my joy. All I seek is to know Him more and love Him more completely. God bless you all. I truly hope that you all find the love and acceptance and blessings that you seek. I grew up going to church and I always knew that Jesus was my future, so I accepted Him into my life when I was 12 or so. But I wasnt fully following Him at that point. When I 16, it hit me.
